§ 1. The [Danish] Sale of Goods Act's general provisions
Where nothing is specified in the text below, Confetti-World.com (from now on shortened CW) follows the [Danish] Sale of Goods Act's general provisions.

§ 2. General information
Buyer is responsible for the selection of services and products and for obtaining the desired result by the purchase. CW assumes no responsibility, consequent on buyer's legal relations to third party.

§ 3. Prices
3.1 All shown prices on the internet site are displayed without 25 % value added tax (VAT).
3.2 CW charges no tolls and fees.
3.3 CW reserves the right to cancel a transaction if, contrary to CW's expectations, the wrong prices are stated on the website.
3.4 Reservations are made for currency changes, supply failure, tax changes, sold out products and force majeure.

§ 4. Payment
4.1 On CW, you order your products after which you pay with credit card or bank transfer.
4.2 Products ordered on CW are shipped only when the payment is completed. 

§ 5. Defects and complaints
5.1 If buyer wants to call a defect, buyer must notice CW within 8 days of receiving the parcel.
5.2 If the commodity is defective, the following can be done. The defect is corrected, a replacement delivery or a suitable reduction in the purchase price can be performed, or a cancellation of the purchase if the defect is significant. 
5.3 A claim for compensation to seller cannot exceed the invoice amount for the sold product(s) or service(s). 

§ 6. Right of complaint
CW provides a guarantee against errors and omissions on our products.
A complaint on a product or service bought at us can be submitted to the Konkurrence- og Forbrugerstyrelsens Center for Klageløsning, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can make a complaint to Center for Klageløsning through www.forbrug.dk. 
The EU Commission's online complaint portal is also applicable with submission of a complaint. It is especially relevant if you are a consumer with address in another EU country. Complaint is submitted here - http://ec.europa.eu/odr. By submitting a complaint, you must also state our email address info@confetti-world.com 
 

§ 7. Right of return
7.1 As buyer and private internet customer, you are protected by the [Danish] Sale of Goods Act's general provisions for postal sales and thus have 14 days right of return. The right of return is applicable from the date of receipt. 
7.2 If you regret the purchase, you must return the product in its original packaging. Please note that the original package typically represents a value and that the product cannot be regarded as returned in the same condition and amount if the original packaging is missing or damaged. At worst, missing, original packaging will entail that you cannot regret your purchase. 
7.3 The right of return can be initiated by declining the package when receiving it or by returning it to CW.
7.4 It is not allowed to write or stick labels or other directly on the original packaging. Moreover, the product must be returned carriage-free and without costs for CW.

§ 8. Personal Data Policy
You can shop at CW securely and risk-free. CW is data responsible and information will not be disclosed to a third party. The entered information when purchasing, like name, address, email, phone number etc., is only used for processing the order. All information relating to your order is saved in our order and accounting system in minimum 5 years according to the [Danish] Financial Statement Act.

Confetti-World.com ApS uses cookies on our website www.confetti-world.com in agreement with this cookie policy. 

§9.1 What are cookies?
